Log into your portal (click here) and ensure you have the correct day, time, location and studio room.
**double check the location, as sometime when students self book lessons/makeups, they choose the wrong location***
Also take note of the teachers name and studio # as you may have a substitute teacher today, different studio room or you may have booked a makeup lesson at the wrong location by mistake.
Check the actual studio room, teacher might be running late with another student.
Double check your teacher name, studio #, date, time & location on your portal.
